License Agreement

This License Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Speed Build Marketplace, operated by Nordic KVFD ApS, and you, the user ("Licensee"), regarding the use of the Speed Build Marketplace products, including the boilerplate code and the AI Marketplace Developer course (collectively, the "Products"). By purchasing and accessing the Products, Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Upon purchasing the Products through Stripe, Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Speed Build Marketplace products under the following conditions:

For the Boilerplate:

Create unlimited projects for personal or commercial use.
Build and develop marketplaces, applications or websites for personal use or for clients.
Share the code with team members if required for a project, but not resell or redistribute the boilerplate itself.

For the Course:

Access all course materials, videos, and resources for personal learning.
Use the knowledge and techniques learned for personal or commercial projects.
Access to Discord community and course updates as provided.

2. Restrictions

Licensee shall not:

General Restrictions:

Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the products.
Sub-license, rent, lease, or transfer the products or any rights granted under this Agreement.
Use the products in any way that violates applicable laws or infringes on the rights of third parties.

Course-Specific Restrictions:

Record, screenshot, or redistribute course videos or materials.
Share course access credentials with others.
Create competing courses or training materials using the course content.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

Nordic KVFD ApS retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the Speed Build Marketplace products, including the boilerplate code, course materials, videos, and all related content. This Agreement does not grant Licensee any ownership rights in the Products.

4. Warranty and Disclaimer

THE SPEED BUILD MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NONINFRINGEMENT.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NORDIC KVFD APS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SPEED BUILD MARKETPLACE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF NORDIC KVFD APS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Denmark.

7. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Licensee and Nordic KVFD ApS concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings.
